Terms of Service

Last updated: February 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeplo ("the Service"), operated by Zeplo ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zeplo is an HTTP request queue platform that provides managed message queuing, scheduling, retries, and webhook delivery. You submit HTTP requests to our API, and we deliver them to your specified endpoints according to your configuration.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send requests to endpoints without authorization from the endpoint owner
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network abuse
  • Transmit malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Usage exceeding your plan's limits will result in requests being rejected (HTTP 429). We will not automatically upgrade your plan or charge overage fees.

6. Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. API Tokens and Security

API tokens grant access to your queues and data. You are responsible for keeping tokens secure. If you believe a token has been compromised, revoke it immediately through the dashboard. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeplo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeplo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can close your account through the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Sections 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
